Chrysler 300 Features

The new Chrysler 300 lineup delivers the latest technologies that are desired by today's automotive buyers. Features like the award-winning Uconnect 4C system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a class-leading 8.4-inch touchscreen, get the party started. Chrysler's TorqueFlite eight-speed transmission is here to deliver up to 30 highway miles per gallon and is standard on every model. Those five models include the 300 Touring (RWD/AWD), 300 Touring L (RWD/AWD), 300 S (RWD/AWD), 300 Limited (RWD/AWD) and top-of-the-line 300 C (RWD). Add to those AWD versions, the class-exclusive front-axle disconnect that engages seamlessly at any speed to provide optimal traction and control based on your driving style, road conditions, and surfaces.

CHOICES, WE HAVE CHOICES

The legendary Chrysler 300 deserves no less than a legendary set of engines. With this lineup, we know you won't be disappointed.

  • The award-winning 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine leads the way, producing 292 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque when utilized on the Chrysler 300 Touring and 300 Touring L.
  • A higher-performance version of the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 powers the Chrysler 300 S with 300 horsepower and 264 lb-ft of torque. All V6-powered versions of the Chrysler 300 can be optioned with the available class-leading all-wheel-drive system with active transfer case and front-axle disconnect to improve real world fuel mileage.
  • A 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with Fuel Saver Technology is the standard engine in the Chrysler 300 C and optional on the Chrysler 300 S. Producing 363 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque, it manages to save fuel by shutting down four of the cylinders once the vehicle has achieved cruising speed. That allows the engine to achieve a combined fuel economy rating of 19 mpg.
  • All engines in the Chrysler 300 lineup are mated to the long-lauded TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission which is famous for smooth, quick and efficient shifting and fuel saving mile after mile. Driving enthusiasts can take advantage of the Sport Mode (included on 300 S, 300 C with V8 and 300 C Platinum models) which enables a more aggressive engine and transmission calibration, sport-tuned steering, and temporary paddle shift mode, and turns the 300's AWD system (if equipped) "on" for more rear-biased power and torque.

Chrysler 300 Interior

The interior of the new Chrysler 300 is chock-full of luxury craftsmanship and technology that makes it just as comfortable as a living room. Except you can't drive your living room. Inside, you will find an 8.4-inch Uconnect system that offers the latest in connectivity features and just happens to be the largest touchscreen in its class. Audio systems range from a six-speaker, 276-watt digital amplifier to a nine-speaker/with trunk-mounted subwoofer and surround sound system, to a 19 premium speaker with subwoofer system by Harman Kardon audio group.

The Chrysler 300's interior delights and surprises with world-class materials, and more including hand-sculpted fluid shapes, high-quality innovative material choices and thoughtful clever features. Inspired by American cities, they use a sophisticated blend of color and detail to highlight the best of each locale.

Chrysler 300 Interior Colors

  • La Jolla, California - Indigo / Linen: Found in the Chrysler 300 C Platinum, it offers two-tone indigo/linen inspired by La Jolla's ocean views. This interior option features quilted and perforated Nappa leather on the doors and seating surfaces, and hand-selected open pore wood trim surfaces to punctuate the interior's high quality.
  • Manhattan, New York - Black: High fashion and cutting-edge rock and roll music inspired the Chrysler designers to lay on the black leather as well as bright and satin chrome accents. Charcoal metallic and black stitching or Matte Carbon and silver stitching finish off the design. This look is available in the Chrysler 300 Limited, 300 S, 300 C, and 300 C Platinum.
  • Detroit, Michigan - Black / Ambassador Blue: Inspired by the tenacious "never say die" spirit of Detroit, the 300 S model's interior includes an exclusive Black with Ambassador Blue Nappa leather interior with silver accents. The scheme sets the vibe for this tough and aggressive look that exudes a no-nonsense appearance throughout.
  • Sausalito, California - Black / Linen: Projecting "oneness" with its environment, Sausalito, California was the inspiration for this interior found in the Chrysler 300 Limited and 300 C. Featuring a two-tone linen and black look inside, it is highlighted by bright and satin-finished chrome. The dashboard and doors include Black Olive Ash Burl wood trim with bronze accents for an elegant visual and a high level of craftsmanship.

Chrysler 300 Exterior

An aggressive hulking stance is the first thing you notice when approaching the Chrysler 300 at Napleton's Arlington Heights CDJR. A high beltline with creases running from the front fenders all the way to the rear deck are one of the most prominent features found on the Chrysler 300 family. Depending on trim levels, there is an abundance of bright and satin-finished chromework that sets the Chrysler 300 apart from nearly every other vehicle on the road. And there are other choices, too. The Chrysler 300 S trades the chrome for unique blacked-out and body-colored design details, along with Hyper Black 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels. For the full attitude trip, take advantage of the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine with its uniquely sculpted side sills and deck lid spoiler.

Chrysler 300 Safety & Security

The Chrysler 300 offers more than 80 safety and security features including full-speed Forward Collision Warning - Plus, which provides autonomous braking and slows or brings the vehicle to a full stop when frontal collision appears imminent. Just remember, your mileage may vary, and you can't override the laws of physics. Adaptive Cruise Control - Plus with Full Stop helps maintain distance from the vehicle ahead, and under certain conditions, can bring the car to a complete stop without driver intervention. Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keep Assist both do their part to keep you from straying from your lane. 9-1-1 call/Assist Call connects with a built-in data connection with the push of a button, alerting authorities when you need them most.
