What is Jeep 4xe?

Jeep 4xe models are hybrid models that use a traditional gas engine with an electric motor. There is also one fully electric 4xe model, the Wagoneer S, that just uses an electric motor. These Jeep 4xe models offer three different drive modes: Hybrid Mode, Electric Mode, and eSave Mode. Hybrid mode uses both the electric motor and gas engine to provide maximum horsepower, torque, and acceleration. Electric mode uses the electric motor only to give zero emissions and instant torque. eSave mode uses the engine and reserves the battery power for a later time.
